利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇在便秘患者结肠镜检查肠道准备中的效果

【摘要】 目的 观察便秘患者结肠镜检查前联合应用利那洛肽与复方聚乙二醇行肠道准备的临床效果。方法 前瞻性纳入2021年8月至2022年1月厦门医学院附属第二医院收治的拟行结肠镜检查的60例便秘患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者单用复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)行肠道准备;观察组患者给予利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散(Ⅳ)行肠道准备。采用波士顿肠道准备量表(Boston bowel preparation scale,BBPS)对两组患者的肠道清洁度进行评估,并比较两组患者的结肠息肉发现率、不良反应发生率。结果 观察组患者的BBPS总分和右半结肠、横结肠BBPS评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的结肠息肉发现率(46.7%)高于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应总发生率(13.3%)低于对照组(36.7%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 利那洛肽联合复方聚乙二醇行肠道准备可提高便秘患者结肠镜检查的肠道清洁质量及结肠息肉发现率,减少不良反应。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of linaclotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol in bowel preparation for colonoscopy in patients with constipation. Methods A total of 60 patients with constipation who would undergo colonoscopy in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen Medical College from August 2021 to January 2022 were prospectively enrolled as the research objects, and they were divided to the control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. Patients of control group only took compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Ⅳ) for bowel preparation; patients of observation group took linaclotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder(Ⅳ) for bowel preparation. The colon cleaness was assessed in both groups using the Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS), the detection rate of colon polyps and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total BBPS and the scores of right hemicolon, transverse colon of observation group were significantly higher than those in control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05). The detection rate of colon polyps in observation group(46.7%)was significantly higher than that in control group(20.0%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group(13.3%) wsa significantly lower than that in control group(36.7%), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Linaclotide combined with compound polyethylene glycol in bowel preparation for colonoscopy can improve the colon cleaning quality and the detection rate of colon polyps in patients with constipation, and reduce adverse reactions.
