【摘要】 目的 探讨标准作业流程管理在CCU与心血管病房间患者交接工作中的应用效果。方法 将2019年8—10月CCU与心血管病房间转科患者随机分成观察组和对照组，每组各80例。对照组采用常规的交接班模式，观察组成立研究小组，采用标准化流程管理模式对CCU与心血管病房间患者交接进行培训，制订交接表，以此规范专科交接方式。比较两组患者交接模式的护士满意度及两组交班的护理质量。结果 观察组在护士满意度和交接班护理质量均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.001）；观察组在交接班的护理质量优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 通过标准化作业流程管理在交接班中的应用，规范护理人员专科交接流程和内容，提高护士满意度和护理质量，保障护理安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of standardized workflow management in the transfer between CCU and cardiovascular ward. Methods Patients who transferred between CCU and cardiovascular ward from August to October 2019 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 80 patients in each group.The control group adopted the conventional shift mode, while the observation group set up a research group. The standardized workflow management mode was adopted to train transfer between CCU and cardiovascular ward, and the transfer table was made to standardize the transfer mode from one department to another. The satisfaction of nurses with transfer mode and the nursing quality during the transfer of two groups were compared. Results The observation group was superior to the control group in nurse satisfaction and nursing quality during the shift, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The nursing quality during the shift of observation group was better than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion The standardized workflow management can standardize the process and content of department transfer of nursing staff, improves nurses′ satisfaction and nursing quality, and ensures nursing safety.更多还原
