基于NB-IoT和云平台技术的猪舍环境智能监控系统设计
Design of Intelligent Monitoring System for Piggery Environment Based on NB-IoT and Cloud Platform Technology
【摘要】 为改善规模集约化猪舍环境、降低疫病率、提高环境监测和调控自动化水平,设计了基于窄带物联网(NB-IoT)和云平台技术的猪舍环境智能监控系统,利用多种环境监测传感器和摄影机采集猪舍环境数据和实况视频,通过NB-IoT,WiFi无线通信技术上传到有人云服务器;云平台采用B/S结构、RBF-PID智能控制策略分析处理数据和下发控制指令。饲养员通过PC端网页或微信小程序可实现对猪舍环境的远程监测和实时调控。在桂南某养殖场测试结果表明,系统通信稳定,平均丢包率为0.9%,通信成功率在99%以上;采集数据准确性高,温度、湿度、H2S、NH3平均相对误差不超过±0.3,光照、PM10、CO2不超过±3,自动调控效果较好;系统采用云端服务器,开发成本低,部署简单,为生猪养殖智能监控系统提供新的设计方案。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the environment of intensive piggery,reduce the epidemic rate,and improve the level of environmental monitoring and control automation,an intelligent monitoring system for piggery environment based on narrowband internet of things(NB-IoT) and cloud platform technology is designed.A variety of environmental detection sensors and cameras are used to collect environmental data and live video of piggery,and uploaded to the cloud server through NB-IoT and Wi Fi wireless communication technology.The cloud platform adopts B/S structure and RBF-PID intelligent control strategy to analyze and process data and issue control instructions.Feeders can realize remote monitoring and real-time control of piggery environment through PC-side web pages or wechat applets.The test results in a farm in southern Guangxi showed that the system communication was stable,the average packet loss rate was 0.9%,and the communication success rate was above 99%.The accuracy of data acquisition is high,the average relative error of temperature,humidity,H2S and NH3is less than±0.3,and the light,PM10 and CO2are less than±3.The automatic control effect is better.The system adopts cloud server with low development cost and simple deployment,which provides a new design scheme for the intelligent monitoring system of pig breeding.
