基于HB-AFT方法的水电机组转子-轴承系统振动特性研究
A study on vibration characteristic of a rotor-bearing system for hydraulic generating set based on the HB-AFT method
【摘要】 受电磁、机械等外激励联合作用影响,水轮发电机组转子-轴承系统运动微分方程呈强非线性特性。采用半解析半数值谐波平衡-时频域转换方法对系统周期解予以求解,并与数值计算方法所得结果进行对比。结果表明,是否考虑不平衡磁拉力作用系统呈现出截然不同的动态特性。谐波平衡-时频域转换方法可以从解析层面准确展现稳定的转子周期运动形态;对于拟周期等非稳态运动,该方法虽无法完全展现系统的动态响应,但据此得到的解析结果可用于判断转子运动趋势及振动响应成分构成,从而为水轮发电机组轴系早期故障诊断识别提供有益借鉴。
【Abstract】 Under the combined action of electromagnetic and mechanical excitations, strong nonlinear characteristics are presented in the differential equation of the rotor-bearing system for a hydraulic generating set. The periodic solution of the system was solved by means of a semi-analytical and semi-numerical harmonic balance method with alternating frequency/time domain technique, which was compared with the conclusion obtained by a numerical method. The results show that the dynamic characteristics of the system exist remarkable distinction with and without unbalanced magnetic pull. From the analytical level, the harmonic balance method with alternating frequency/time domain technique can accurately reveal the periodic motion of the rotor. For the unsteady quasi-periodic motion, the method cannot completely present the dynamic response of the system; however, the analytical results acquired through the way can be used to judge the motion trend of the rotor as well as the composition of vibration composition, so as to provide a useful reference for early fault diagnosis and identification of the shaft system for the hydraulic generating set.
