基于摩擦振动递归特性识别滑动轴承摩擦状态的试验研究
Tests for identifying friction state of sliding bearing based on recursive characteristics of friction vibration
【摘要】 为了有效监测滑动轴承摩擦状态,提出一种基于摩擦振动递归特性识别滑动轴承摩擦状态的方法。在滑动轴承试验台进行边界摩擦、混合摩擦和液体摩擦状态下的模拟试验,提取摩擦振动信号,并应用递归图及递归量化分析研究摩擦振动信号递归特性的演变规律。结果表明:摩擦振动递归图与摩擦状态密切相关,能反映滑动轴承由边界摩擦到液体摩擦状态变化;递归量化参数中的确定度与聚类系数可用于预测与识别滑动轴承摩擦状态,为监测滑动轴承摩擦状态提供了一种新思路。
【Abstract】 Here, to effectively monitor friction state of sliding bearing, a method to identify friction state of sliding bearing based on recurrence characteristics of friction vibration was proposed. Analog tests were conducted under states of boundary friction, mixed friction and liquid friction on sliding bearing test platform to extract friction vibration signals, and evolution laws of recurrence characteristics of friction vibration signals were studied by using recurrence plot and recurrence quantification analysis. The results showed that the recurrence plot of friction vibration is closely related to friction states, and can reflect change of sliding bearing from boundary friction state to liquid friction one; the determinism and clustering coefficient in clustering coefficient can be used to predict and identify friction state of sliding bearing to provide a new idea for monitoring friction state of sliding bearing.
