蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿奇霉素对小儿败血症患者的临床疗效

【摘要】 目的 探讨蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿奇霉素对小儿败血症患者的临床疗效。方法 86例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组给予阿奇霉素,观察组在对照组基础上加用蒲地蓝消炎口服液,疗程5 d。检测临床疗效、PCIS评分、APACHEⅡ评分、血乳酸、血氨、炎症因子(CRP、WBC、PCT)、体液免疫功能指标(IgM、IgG)、不良反应发生率、预后病死率变化。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PCIS评分、IgG高于对照组(P<0.05),APACHEⅡ评分、血乳酸、血氨、炎症因子、IgM更低(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率与预后病死率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合阿奇霉素可安全有效地降低小儿败血症患者血乳酸、血氨表达,改善炎症、免疫功能,缓解病情。

【Abstract】 AIM To explore the clinical effects of Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin on patients with pediatric sepsis. METHODS Eighty-six patients were randomly assigned into control group(43 cases) for 5-day administration of azithromycin, and observation group(43 cases) for 5-day administration of both Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid and azithromycin. The changes in clinical efficacy, PCIS score, APACHEⅡ score, blood lactic acid, blood ammonia, inflammatory factors(CRP, WBC, PCT), humoral immune function indices(IgM, IgG), incidence of adverse reactions and predicted mortality rate were detected. RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group(P<0.05). After the treatment, the observation group displayed higher PCIS score and IgG than the control group(P<0.05), along with lower APACHEⅡ score, blood lactic acid, blood ammonia, inflammatory factors and IgM(P<0.05). No significant differences in incidence of adverse reactions and predicted mortality rate were found between the two groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION For the patients with pediatric sepsis, Pudilan Xiaoyan Oral Liquid combined with azithromycin can safely and effectively reduce the expressions of blood lactic acid and blood ammonia, improve inflammation and immune functions and relieve disease.
