【摘要】 豪华邮船造价昂贵，若在初步设计阶段内确定的船型方案不够合理优良，会造成重大决策失误，因此对船型方案进行技术经济论证非常必要。充分考虑邮船设计特点，系统建立完善的船型评价指标体系。由于指标及方案众多，采用更加合理的组合评价方法决策试验与评价实验室法(Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory, DEMATEL)-层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)-多准则妥协解排序法(VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje, VIKOR)进行船型方案排序，并利用Visual Studio C#编程语言开发豪华邮船船型技术经济论证系统，进行实例计算分析。计算结果显示，使用DEMATEL-AHP-VIKOR组合法得到的船型方案排序结果符合豪华邮船大型化的趋势，证明该方法有较高的适用性和可靠性。DEMATEL-AHP-VIKOR组合法在邮船初步设计阶段可有效筛选优良船型，为船型方案的合理决策提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The luxury cruise ship is very expensive. If the ship form scheme determined in the preliminary design stage is not reasonable and good enough, it leads to the major decision mistakes, so it is necessary to conduct the techno-economic verification of ship form scheme. The design characteristics of cruise ship are fully considered to establish a perfect ship form evaluation index system systematacially. Due to the large number of indexes and schemes, a more reasonable combination evaluation method, Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)-Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)-VlseKriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR), is adopted to perform a ship form scheme ranking, and a techno-economic verification system of luxury cruise ship is developed with Visual Studio C# programming language to conduct the case calculation analysis. The calculation results show that the ship form scheme ranking result obtained with the DEMATEL-AHP-VIKOR combination method is consistent with the large-scale trend of luxury cruise ship, which proves that the method is of high applicability and reliability. The DEMATEL-AHP-VIKOR combination method can effectively screen the excellent ship forms in the preliminary design stage of cruise ship, and can provide theoretical basis for the reasonable decision-making of ship form scheme.更多还原
