【摘要】 当下,延迟退休已是必然的政策选择,而退休制度的整体化改革对延迟退休的稳步推进意义重大。近年来,由于我国退休制度在制度构成、理念传承及群体适用等方面存在发展片面性,导致退休法律制度、退休年龄偏好、区域退休待遇及退休保障机制均存在短板。在延迟退休的时代需求下,建议通过“规范法律制度的整体设计、制定弹性延退的整体战略、完善退休保障的整体布局”等来构建我国退休制度的整体化改革思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present, delayed retirement is an inevitable policy choice, and the overall reform of the retirement system is of great significance to the steady progress of delayed retirement. In recent years, due to the unilateral development of China’s retirement system in terms of system composition, concept inheritance and group application, there are shortcomings in retirement legal system, retirement age preference, regional retirement treatment and retirement security mechanism.
