小麦茎基腐病防治技术研究进展

【摘要】 小麦茎基腐病(Fusarium crown rot of wheat, FCR)在我国黄淮海冬麦区流行,威胁粮食生产安全和农产品质量安全。本研究从抗性品种、农业防治、化学防治以及生物防治方面对小麦茎基腐病的防治技术进展进行综述,在此基础上,提出今后防治技术上需要加强抗耐性品种的筛选及其分子标记的开发、茎基腐病监测预警体系的建立以及新型高效低毒药剂和生防菌剂的研发,以期为小麦茎基腐病综合防控技术体系的建立提供科学支撑。

【Abstract】 Fusarium crown rot(FCR) of wheat is prevalent in the Huanghuaihai winter wheat region in China, which not only endangers national food security but also poses a potential threat to mycotoxin pollution of infected grains and straws.This paper reviewed the progress of the control technology of FCR from the aspects of resistant cultivars, agricultural measures, chemical control, and biological control. On this basis, it was proposed that the selection of resistant cultivars and the development of resistance-related molecular markers, the establishment of monitoring and early warning system of FCR, and the research and development of new efficient and low toxic agents should be strengthened in the future. It is expected to provide scientific support for the establishment of a comprehensive control technology system of FCR.
