【摘要】 OBE是指导当前法学专业改革和课程改革的重要理念。“德”“法”兼修是卓越法治人才的双项度标准，二者结合，互促互彰。课程思政既是培养“德”“法”兼修卓越法治人才的应有之意，也是培养方式首选。法学专业课程思政遵循聚焦目标、反向设计、增加挑战、提供支持的原则和思路设计。在具体实践中，“刑事诉讼法学”课程基于毕业要求确定课程总目标，再将课程总目标细化落实到各教学单元和知识点中。在每个课程环节，课程思政均具有基础性和根本性。通过多元、多样、多维的多重交叉方式进行教学评价，促进课程教学不断优化。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBE is an important guiding line for the reform of law courses.“Morality”and“law”are the double sides of outstanding legal talents. Political and ideological education is not only proper for cultivating outstanding legal talents, but also the first choice in training methods. Political and ideological education for law courses is designed based on the principles of focusing on objectives,reversely designing, enhancing challenge, and providing support. The course of Criminal Procedure Law is designed according to graduation requirements, which are specified in each unit.
