印制电路板飞针测试机基准网络电测路径规划

【摘要】 在保证飞针测试机电测精度的前提下如何尽量提升电测效率,是飞针测试机一大关键技术问题。常用的电测方法有电容测试法和电阻测试法,本文重点论述了飞针测试机基准网络电容测试法的路径规划算法。为使电测时间尽可能短,融合聚类算法和模拟退火算法,前者用来把测试焊盘按密集程度分为几个小簇,后者用来把属于每个探针的测试焊盘按照不重复遍历路径之和最短,重新排序。

【Abstract】 On the premise of ensuring the electrical measurement accuracy of flying probe tester, how to improve the electrical measurement efficiency is a key technical problem of flying probe tester. The commonly used electrical measurement methods include capacitance measurement method and resistance measurement method. This paper focuses on the path planning algorithm of the benchmark network capacitance measurement method of flying probe tester. In order to make the electrical test time as short as possible, this paper combines clustering algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm.The former is used to divide the test points into several small clusters according to the density, and the latter is used to reorder the test points belonging to each probe according to the principle of "shortest path".
