微藻油对鸡蛋中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸沉积的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探究不同添加比例的微藻油对蛋鸡采食量、产蛋率以及蛋中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸沉积含量的影响。[方法]选取34周龄体况良好的大午金凤蛋鸡60只,随机分为4个组,每组15只鸡。其中,对照组(C组)饲喂基础饲粮(不额外补充DHA),T1、T2和T3组分别在基础日粮中添加0.3%、0.6%和0.9%微藻油。预试验为7 d,正式试验30 d,记录蛋鸡采食量与产蛋率,并检测各组鸡蛋中的ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的含量。[结果]饲粮中添加0.6%的微藻油能提高蛋鸡产蛋率,降低采食量,并促进鸡蛋中ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸的富集,其中添加20 d可使鸡蛋中DHA富集含量达到200 mg/100 g,添加微藻油30 d可使鸡蛋中的DHA稳定富集。[结论]蛋鸡饲喂微藻油一定时间后,可使鸡蛋稳定富集ω-3多不饱和脂肪酸。

【Abstract】 [Objectives] To explore the effects of different proportions of microalgae oil on feed intake,egg production rate and the deposition of ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in eggs of laying hens.[Methods] A total of sixty 34-week-old Golden Phoenix laying hens with good physical condition were randomly divided into four groups of 15 hens in each group. Among them, the control group(group C)was fed the basal diet(without additional DHA), while groups T1, T2 and T3 were supplemented with0.3%, 0.6% and 0.9% of microalgae oil in the basal diet, respectively. The pre-test was 7 days and the formal trial was 30 days. Feed intake and egg production rates were recorded and the content of ω-3polyunsaturated fatty acids in the eggs of each group was detected. [Results] The addition of 0.6%microalgae oil to the diet increased egg production, reduced feed intake and promoted the enrichment ofω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in eggs, of which the addition of 20 days led to enrichment of 200hjmg/100 g of DHA in eggs and 30 days led to a stable enrichment of DHA in eggs.[Conclusions] After laying hens are fed microalgae oil for a certain period of time, resulted in stable enrichment of ω-3polyunsaturated fatty acids in eggs.
