【摘要】 [目的]提高《动物营养学》在动物科学专业学生培养方面与人才需求间的适应性。[方法]在《动物营养学》前10章理论讲述的基础上，结合案例教学特点，根据后12章的不同内容设计与生产实践相适应的教学案例。[结果]基于《动物营养学》课程特性，挖掘出教学案例24例，年开展案例教学12次，组建学生团队16个，形成稳定的评价体系1套。调动了学生的课堂兴趣、学习积极性、动手能力及解决实际问题的能力。[结论]区分《动物营养学》课程内容，设计相应案例教学，有利于培养学生动物科学专业能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objectives] The purpose of this paper was to improve the adaptability of animal nutrition in the training of students majoring in animal science. [methods] Based on the theory of the first 10chapters of animal nutrition and the characteristics of case teaching, the teaching cases of the next 12chapters were designed according to the production practice. [Results] Based on the course characteristics of animal nutrition, 24 teaching cases were found, 12 cases were carried out annually, 16 student teams were formed, and a stable evaluation system was formed. It aroused the students’ interest in class, their enthusiasm for study, their practical ability and their ability to solve practical problems. [Conclusions] it is beneficial to cultivate the professional ability of animal science students to distinguish the course contents of animal nutrition and design corresponding case teaching.更多还原
