【摘要】 [目的]食物丰容对圈养长臂猿行为的影响。[方法]对重庆动物园同笼饲养的1只雄性黄颊长臂猿和1只雌性北白颊长臂猿进行简易喂食器和有障碍喂食器食物丰容,采用目标动物取样法和瞬时扫描记录法对其行为变化进行观察,比较分析不同丰容阶段长臂猿行为时间分配差异。[结果]简易喂食器和有障碍喂食器对雄性黄颊长臂猿和雌性北白颊长臂猿的行为影响不一;简易喂食器对食物产生归集作用,丰容后采食行为、探索行为减少,有障碍喂食器更接近隐藏食物方式的食物丰容,丰容后较简易喂食器采食行为、探索行为增加;简易喂食器丰容与丰容后1个月各行为变化无显著差异;雄性黄颊长臂猿和雌性北白颊长臂猿行为时间分配与性别有关。[结论]食物丰容喂食器的选择应适合每个试验动物个体,以更好地提高动物福利。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objectives] Effects of food enrichment on the captive gibbons’ behaviors.[Methods] One male yellow-cheeked gibbon and one female northern white-cheeked crested gibbon kept in the same cage in Chongqing Zoo were enriched with simple feeders and a barrier feeder.Target animal sampling and instantaneous scanning recording methods were used to observe and record animal behaviors to analyze the differences of behavioral time allocation in different enrichment stages.[Results] Simple feeders and a barrier feeder had different effects on the behaviors of the male yellow-cheeked gibbon and the female northern white-cheeked crested gibbon.The simple feeders had a collecting effect on food which led to the reductions of the feeding behavior and exploring behavior,but the barrier feeder which was closer to the enrichments of hiding food led to the increases of the feeding behavior and exploring behavior compared with the simple feeder enrichment.There was no significant difference in behavioral changes between after simple feeders enrichment or one month later.The behavioral behavioral time allocation of the male yellow-cheeked gibbon and the female northern white-cheeked crested gibbon was related to gender.[Conclusions] The selection of feeders should be suitable for each experimental individual animal in order to better improve the animal welfare.更多还原
