偏载状态下集束式潜孔锤气流调节机构同步特性分析
Air Adjusting Mechanism Synchronization Analysis of Cluster DTH Hammer Under Partial Load
【摘要】 针对现有集束式潜孔锤钻孔凿岩作业时集中气流无法调节的问题,设计了一种集束式潜孔锤气流调节机构,采用多油缸驱动,为保证气流能够均匀调节及分配,要求驱动油缸运动时保持同步。试验验证了不同负载模式下,调节机构在不同控制阀作用下的同步特性。结果表明:在均匀负载状态下,分流集流阀及比例阀的同步特性较好;随着负载偏载载荷加大,分流集流阀的同步性能变差,平均误差增大。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problem that the concentrated air flow can’t be adjusted during the cluster DTH hammer, an air flow adjustment mechanism is designed. The air flow adjustment mechanism of the cluster DTH hammer is driven by multiple cylinders. In order to ensure that the air flow can be adjusted and distributed evenly, it is required to maintain synchronization when the driving cylinder is moving. The experiment verifies the synchronization characteristics of the dividing focusing valve and proportional valve under different loads. The results show that the three-cylinder synchronization characteristics are better under uniform load conditions, and the synchronization characteristics of dividing focusing valve become worse as the load eccentric load increases.
