【摘要】 目的 探讨全闭环转运信息系统在临床转运手术患者过程中安全管理的效果，为临床工作提供有效的安全转运保障。方法 将我院某外科2020年9月至2020年12月收治的择期手术患者452例分为对照组与观察组，对照组为2020年9月1日至2020年10月31日收治的230例患者，观察组为2020年11月1日至2020年12月31日收治的222例患者。对照组采取传统的手术流转方式，观察组实施全闭环转运信息系统，比较两组的接台响应时间、运送队不良事件发生率以及患者满意度情况。结果 观察组接台响应时间及运送队不良事件发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05），而观察组患者满意度显著高于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 全闭环转运信息系统在临床应用中效果显著，可以促进手术患者安全转运，推荐临床推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the safety management effect of the closed-loop surgical circulation system in the clinical transfer of patients, and provide effective scientific basis for clinical work. Methods In this study, 452 elective surgical patients admitted to our hospital from September to December in 2020 were divided into control group and observation group according to the time period of admission. The control group was 230patients admitted from September 1 to October 31. The observation group consisted of 222 patients admitted from November 1st to December 31st. The control group adopts the traditional surgical circulation method, and the observation group implements a closed-loop surgical circulation system to compare the transfer time of surgical patients, the error rate of the transportation team and the satisfaction of the nursing staff between the two groups. Results The transfer time of surgical patients and the error rate of the transportation team in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), while the nursing staff satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The closed-loop surgical transfer system is effective in clinical application,and it can promote the safe transfer of surgery. It is recommended for clinical use.更多还原
