【摘要】 目的 分析睡眠联合镇痛护理对老年肝癌术后谵妄症状缓解的影响。方法 选取福建省三级甲等肿瘤专科医院肝癌术后发生谵妄的老年患者80例。按随机数字表法将其分为两组，对照组与研究组各40例；对照组术后接受常规护理干预，研究组术后则在接受常规护理干预的同时，为其提供睡眠联合镇痛护理，观察并分析护理效果。结果 相比于对照组，研究组的谵妄症状缓解总有效率明显提高，中重度疼痛人数明显减少（均P <0.05）。相比于护理前，两组护理后的总睡眠时间均明显增加（P <0.05），睡眠潜伏期均明显缩短（P <0.05）；研究组护理后的总睡眠时间明显长于对照组（P <0.05），睡眠潜伏期则明显短于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 为肝癌术后并发谵妄的老年患者提供睡眠联合镇痛护理干预，不但能对谵妄症状进行显著改善，使其疼痛程度有效减轻，而且能对其睡眠质量进行显著改善，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the effect of sleep combined with analgesia nursing on the relief of delirium symptoms after liver cancer surgery in the elderly. Methods 80 elderly patients with delirium after liver cancer surgery in Fujian tertiary grade a cancer hospital were selected. They were divided into two groups by random number table, 40 cases in the control group and 40 cases in the study group; the control group received routine nursing intervention after operation, while the study group received routine nursing intervention at the same time, provided them with sleep combined analgesia nursing, and observed and analyzed the nursing effect. Results Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of delirium symptom relief in the study group was significantly improved, and the number of severe pain was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Compared with before nursing, the total sleep time after nursing in both groups was significantly increased(P<0.05), and the sleep latency was significantly shortened(P<0.05); the total sleep time of the study group after nursing was significantly longer than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the sleep latency was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Providing sleep combined analgesia nursing intervention for elderly patients with delirium after liver cancer surgery can not only significantly improve the symptoms of delirium and effectively reduce the degree of pain, but also significantly improve their sleep quality, which is worthy of promotion.更多还原
