【摘要】 目的 观察血府逐瘀颗粒对高血压病患者血瘀征象及血清中超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子（TNF-α）的影响。方法 将100例高血压病血瘀证的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组50例。对照组给予厄贝沙坦片作为常规降压药物，治疗组在此基础上给予血府逐瘀颗粒口服，治疗8周。结果 治疗后治疗组总有效率较对照组更高（P <0.05），治疗组治疗后血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于对照组（P <0.05）。结论 血府逐瘀颗粒可以改善高血压病患者血瘀情况，降低外周血血清hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the intervention on the signs of blood stasis and the level of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in hypertension treated with Xuefuzhuyu Granule. Methods One hundred cases of hypertension patient were randomly divided into atreatment group and a control group,50cases in each group. In the control group irbesartan Tablets was applied. The treatment group was given Xuefuzhuyu Granule orally on the basis of irbesartan tablets. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Results After the treatment, the signs of blood stasis were relieved in either group. The total effective rate of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The level of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the treatment group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu Granule could relieve the signs of blood stasis of hypertension, reduce the level of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in peripheral blood.更多还原
