【摘要】 目的 观察我院便秘专利仪器腹部按摩、穴位刺激等理疗作用对慢传输型便秘（STC）患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。方法 将符合诊断标准的120例患者随机分成常规组及试验组，每组各60例。常规组遵医嘱口服“枸橼酸莫沙必利片”每次5 mg，每日3次，试验组在常规组基础上增加“便秘仪”的腹部理疗。每日晨起1次，约25 min,7 d为1个疗程，连续治疗4个疗程。比较两组患者每周排便次数（SCBM）、便秘症状评分（PAC-SYM）、粪便性状评分（BSFS）、治疗总有效率及生活质量（PAC-QOL）的改善情况。结果 与常规组相比，试验组患者SCBM,PAC-SYM、BSFS评分及治疗总有效率与生活质量的改善明显更优，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 便秘仪“腹部理疗”能够提高临床疗效，改善患者生活质量，值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of the physiotherapy effect of abdominal massage and acupoint stimulation by our patented constipation device on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients with slow transmission type constipation. Methods One hundred and twenty patients who met the including criteria were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group, each group 60 patients. The control group was given oral "Mosapride citrate tablets" 5 mg each time, 3 times a day. Patients in the experimental group with same treatment plus application of "constipation device" in the morning for 25 minutes, seven days as a course of treatment. After 4 consecutive courses of intervention, spontaneous complete bowel movements(SCBM), the PAC-SYM score of constipation, the bristol stool form scale(BSFS), the total efficiency of treatment and the life quality score of patients(PAC-QOL) in the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, SCBM, PAC-SYM, BSFS score, total effective rate and quality of life of patients in the experimental group were significantly better, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Constipation device can improves both the clinical efficacy and the quality of life of patients and is can worth promoting.更多还原
