迭代重建技术在上肢血管内瘘CT血管造影成像中降低辐射剂量的应用价值

【摘要】 目的探讨迭代重建技术在上肢血管内瘘CT血管造影成像中降低辐射剂量的应用价值。方法选取接受上肢血管内瘘CT血管造影成像的110例患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各55例,对照组采用常规剂量FBP重建,观察组应用正弦波图形法迭代重建,比较两组图像质量、辐射剂量及信噪比(SNR)、对比信噪比(CNR)。结果观察组图像清晰度优于对照组,扫描范围大于对照组,CT剂量指数(CTDIVOL)、CT剂量长度乘积(DLP)及有效剂量(E)低于对照组,SNR与CNR大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论迭代重建技术有利于降低上肢血管内瘘CT血管造影的辐射剂量,提高信噪比、对比信噪比以及图像质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application value of iterative reconstruction technique for reducing radiation dose in CT angiography of upper limb endovascular fistula. Methods One hundred and ten patients who received CT of upper limb internal vascular fistula in our hospital were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,55 in each group. The images of the control group were reconstructed with routine dose by filter back projection( FBP) technique,while the images of the observation group were reconstructed by sine wave pattern iterative method. The image quality,radiation dose,signal-to-noise ratio( SNR) and contrast signal-to-noise ratio( CNR) were compared between the two groups. Results The image clarity of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group( P< 0.05). The scanning rangeof the observation group was significantly larger than that of the control group( P< 0.05). CT dose index( CTDIVOL),CT dose-length product( DLP) and effective dose( E) in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group( P< 0.05). The SNR and CNR of the images in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P<0.05). Conclusion Iterative reconstruction technique is beneficial to reduce the radiation dose but increasesthe SNR and CNR,as well as improves the image qualityof CT angiography of upper limb endovascular fistula.
