Application of MEMS Sensor in Medical Equipment
【摘要】 介绍了MEMS传感器在生命体征监测器械、心血管疾病治疗器械及其他医疗器械中的应用，阐述了MEMS技术在医疗器械领域中应用的发展趋势。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the application of MEMS sensors in vital signs monitoring devices, cardiovascular disease treatment devices and other medical devices, expounds the development trend of MEMS technology in the field of medical devices.
