【摘要】 目的 促进米卡芬净的临床合理应用。方法 检索2002年至2021年PubMed、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库、中国科技期刊数据库有关米卡芬净药品不良反应（ADR）的文献，利用监管活动医学词典（MedDRA）对米卡芬净单用及合并用药引起的ADR症状进行编码，并对ADR症状累及系统/器官进行分类。结果 共纳入文献78篇，其中中文40篇，英文38篇；共收集米卡芬净ADR 1 278例次，包括单独用药1 268例次和合并用药10例次，累及消化、血液等系统；其临床表现复杂多样，其中以转氨酶升高、发烧、恶心呕吐为主。结论 米卡芬净ADR可累及全身多个系统/器官，应注意加强对其监测（特别是某些特殊ADR的监测），以保证用药安全性和合理性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective reactions(ADRs) induced by micafungin in PubMed,CJFD,WanFang and VIP databases from 2002 to 2021 were searched. The symptoms of ADRs induced by micafungin alone and combined with other drugs were coded by MedDRA,and the systems/organs involved in symptoms of ADRs were classified.ResultsSeventy-eight studies were included,including 40 studies in Chinese and38 studies in English. A total of 1 278 cases of ADRs induced by micafungin were collected,including ADRs induced by micafungin alone(1 268 cases) and ADRs induced by micafungin combined with other drugs(10 cases),involving digestive and blood systems,and the clinical manifestations were complex and varied,among which elevated transaminasesf,ever,nausea and vomiting were the main ones.ConclusionADRs induced by micafungin can affect many systems of the whole body. Physicians should pay attention to strengthen the monitoring of ADRs(especially some specific ADRs)to ensure the safety and rationality of medication.更多还原
