【摘要】 目的 探讨促进粤港澳大湾区中医药科技成果转化的途径与措施。方法 采用内容分析法从政策颁布的主体、类型、数量、内容等方面对广东省2016年至2020年颁布的科技成果转化政策进行总体分析，就促进粤港澳大湾区中医药科技成果转化的路径提出对策与建议。结果 广东省科技成果转化政策呈颁布主体单一、类型以规范性政策为主、发布数量变化较平稳等特点；在公共政策顶层设计上更注重为科技成果转化营造良好的创新服务环境，以环境面政策工具为主要政策着力点，供给面政策工具次之，需求面政策工具最少。结论 粤港澳大湾区应充分利用广东省成果转化的各项政策工具，建议通过构建知识产权创新环境、打造成果转化平台、充分利用需求面政策工具、加强中医药投入等路径促进自身中医药成果转化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the paths and measures to promote the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)scientific and technological(S & T) achievements in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA).Methods Based on the content analysis method,an overall analysis was conducted on the transformation policies of S & T achievements issued by Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2020 from the aspects of document issuer,type,quantity and content of policies to put forward countermeasures and suggestions on the paths to promote the transformation of TCM S&T achievements in the GBA.Results The policies of S&T achievements transformation in Guangdong Province were characterized by a single document issuers,a standard policy type and a stable quantity issue. In the top-level design of public policies,the policies pay more attention to creating a good innovation service environment for the transformation of S & T achievements,with environmental policy tools as the main policy focus,followed by supply policy tools and demand policy tools.Conclusion Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao GBA should make full use of various policy tools of achievement transformation in Guangdong Province. It is suggested to promote the transformation of its TCM achievements by establishing an intellectual property innovation environment,creating an achievement transformation platform,making full use of demand policy tools and strengthening investment in TCM.更多还原
