【Abstract】 Hospital workplace violence has not only had a profound impact on the medical community and its furture,but also had created serious risk to healthcare workers, medical institutions and society. Based on behavioral economics theory,taking clinical decision-making behavior as the entry point,combining with bounded rationality,bounded willpower,bounded self-interest,non-optimal utility,and dynamic preference hypothesis,exploring improvement in doctor decision-making behavior which is closely related to hospital workplace violence.
