【摘要】 实习阶段是医学生巩固基础医学知识、掌握基本临床技能的关键阶段，是医学生从仅仅掌握基础医学理论知识的学生向临床医生的角色转换时期，也是塑造良好医德的重要时期。对实习医生实施“知行合一，术德始成”的教学模式，要求医学生不仅对理论知识“温故而知新”，更要敢于并善于实际操作，积累经验；不仅要理解何为良好的医德医风，而且要真正将“仁心仁德”渗透到临床工作中去。该教学模式的实现需要实习医生高标准要求自己，同时也要求临床教学医院规范调度、重视临床教学及考核。更多还原

【Abstract】 The internship period is a critical for medical students to consolidate their basic medical knowledge and master basic clinical skills, which is not only fortheir role transitionfrom those who only master basictheoretical medical knowledge to clinicians, but also to shapetheir medical ethics.The teaching model of“integration of knowledge and action,achievement of skills and ethics”for interns requires medical students not only to“review the old and learn the new”theoretical knowledge, but also to be brave and good at practical operation in clinical practice,so as to accumulate experience and technology. They are required to not only understand what medical morality is, but also truly infiltrate“benevolence and virtue”into clinical work. The realization of this teaching mode requires interns to set high standards for themselves.
