【Abstract】 There is a great demand for ultrasound doctors in China and it is urgent to cultivate ultrasound doctors with rich theoretical knowledge and solid clinical operation skills. The standardized training of resident residents is a necessary way for every medical student to become a qualified clinician. It is of great practical significance to implement the dual tutor training system in the the standardized training of ultrasound residents. As the dual tutor system is still in the primary stage in the regulation and training of ultrasound residents, there are still many problems exposed in the implementation process to be solved urgently. This paper analyzes the important role and long-term significance of implementing the dual tutor system in the course of the regulation and training of ultrasound medicine, and puts forward some reasonable suggestions for improving the process.更多还原
