【摘要】 目的:探讨康复护理对腕管综合征患者疼痛及腕关节功能的改善效果。方法:2020年4月至2021年12月，招募112例腕管综合征患者，并随机分为康复护理组及常规治疗组。在常规治疗组的基础上，康复护理组加用低频电刺激及神经松解训练。比较两组干预前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Boston腕关节量表(BCTQ)评分，以及治疗结束后2个月复发情况。结果:两组治疗后VAS评分均低于同组治疗前(P <0.01)，但两组治疗后VAS评分差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。两组治疗后BCTQ评分均低于同组治疗前(P <0.01)，且康复护理组腕关节功能的改善效果优于常规治疗组(P <0.01)。康复护理组疗效优于常规治疗组(P <0.05)，复发率低于常规治疗组(P <0.01)。结论:康复护理可有效改善腕管综合征患者疼痛及腕关节功能，降低复发率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the improvement effect of rehabilitation nursing on pain and wrist joint function of patients with carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods: From April 2020 to December 2021,112 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were recruited and randomly divided into rehabilitation nursing group and conventional treatment group. On the basis of routine treatment,the rehabilitation nursing group added low-frequency electrical stimulation and nerve relaxation training. The visual analogue scale(VAS),Boston carpal tunnel questionnaire(BCTQ) scores before and after the intervention,and the recurrence rate 2 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those of the same group before treatment(P < 0. 01),but there was no significant difference in the VAS score between the two groups after treatment(P > 0. 05).
