【摘要】 产教融合当是由"教"向"产"融合,从产教融合到校企合作是从宏观到微观、从全局到具体的链接。校企合作的主要任务是育人,企业和学校的性质任务有本质的不同,面向企业的法规缺乏有关培育人才的社会义务及责任条款是校企合作往往"一头热"的短板所在。校企合作应回归到"合作"的本质构建,即甲方乙方的契约关系。通过对校企双方合作需求和成本风险的探讨,寻求合理的互补互利的合作事项。"购买服务"是推进校企合作直接而有效的办法,所需费用理应从培养经费中开支。校企合作属于办学模式,必须体现工学结合的要求,重心在"学",可借鉴普通高等教育的COOP教育模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Integration between Industry and Education should focus more on Industry-oriented Education. The connection from the integration between industry and education to the cooperation between enterprises and colleges is a linkage from the macro and overall perspective to the micro and specific one. The main task of the cooperation between enterprises and colleges is to cultivate talents, and the shortage of its overheated popularity lies on the lack of social duty and liability cause in the laws and regulations with enterprises because of the difference of nature and purpose between enterprises and colleges. The cooperation between enterprises and colleges should look back to the building of cooperation itself, that is the contractual relationship between Party A and Party B. Thorough the discussion of cooperation demand and cost risk between enterprises and colleges, cooperative matters of mutual complementation and benefits can be sought. Purchasing services is a direct and effective way to promote cooperation between enterprises and colleges and the education fund should cover the expense required. Cooperation between enterprises and colleges is a mode of running colleges and should demonstrate the requirement of work-integrated learning and focus on the learning part.
