双能量CT多参数定量分析在肺癌诊疗中的应用进展
Application of multi-parameter quantitative analysis on dual-energy CT in lung cancer evaluation
【摘要】 双能量CT是近些年CT成像领域的一项新技术,其基于物质的分离与识别可实现多参数功能成像,主要有单能量影像、能谱曲线斜率、碘密度、标准碘密度、电子云密度和有效原子序数等,为疾病诊疗提供了更多有价值的信息。本文重点综述双能量CT在肺结节鉴别诊断、肺癌病理分型分级、分子分型、精准放疗以及疗效评估等方面的研究进展,并为临床应用提供新思路。
【Abstract】 Dual-energy CT is a new multi-parametric functional imaging technique based on the material decomposition and identification. The main technology includes virtual monoenergetic images, slope of spectrum curves, iodine content, normalized iodine content, electron density and effective atomic number, which are valuable for diseases diagnosis and treatment. We summarize the research progress of dual-energy CT in pulmonary nodule identification, pathological classification and grades, molecular typing, precision radiotherapy, and therapeutic efficacy evaluation of lung cancer. We discuss new ideas for clinical applications.
