【摘要】 目的：研制一款具有声光报警功能的呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器，提示医务人员按时倾倒呼吸机冷凝水集水杯内冷凝水，降低由于冷凝水倾倒不及时造成的呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)发生率。方法：呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器由集水瓶和液位监控自动保护仪为主要部件组成，具有声光报警功能。选取医院应用呼吸机进行治疗的5例患者，对呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器替代现用的呼吸机管路冷凝水集水杯的临床应用进行测试。结果：呼吸机使用过程中当冷凝水收集器的集水瓶内水位达到警戒线时，呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器自动发出符合国家相关标准的声光报警，提示医务人员及时倾倒呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器中的冷凝水，防止冷凝水较长时间存留及逆流入呼吸道。呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器报警时，红色指示灯照度为712 lx，声响强度为69.7～78.2 dB，锂电池充电1次平均可使用时间(72.0±0.5)h。结论：具有声光报警功能的呼吸机管路冷凝水收集器功能达到设计要求，能够使医务人员对呼吸机冷凝水进行及时有效管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To develop a ventilator pipeline condensate collector with sound and light alarm function to prompt medical personnel to dump the condensate in the ventilator condensate collecting cup on time, so as to reduce the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia(VAP) caused by untimely dumping of condensate. Methods: The condensate collector of ventilator pipeline was mainly composed of water collecting bottle and automatic liquid level monitoring protector, with the function of sound and light alarm. Five patients treated with ventilator in hospital were selected to test the clinical application of ventilator pipeline condensate collector instead of the existing ventilator pipeline condensate collecting cup. Results: When the water level in the water collecting bottle of the condensed water collector reached the warning line during the use of the ventilator, the condensed water collector of the ventilator pipeline would automatically send out a sound and light alarm in compliance with the relevant national standards to remind the medical staff to dump the condensate water in the condensate water collector of the ventilator pipeline in time to prevent the condensate water from being stored for a long time or flowing back into the respiratory tract. When the ventilator pipeline condensate collector alarmed, the illumination intensity of the red indicator light was 712 lx, the sound intensity was 69.7-78.2 dB, and the average usage of lithium battery was 72.0 ± 0.5 hours after charging for one time. Conclusion: The function of ventilator pipeline condensate collector meets the design requirements, enabling medical staff to manage the condensate water of the ventilator timely and effectively.更多还原
