【摘要】 目的：探讨PDSA管理在提高病案回收率工作中的应用效果。方法：以山东省烟台市烟台山医院2021年5-10月的45 655份出院病案为对照组，对2021年11月至2022年3月38 132份出院病案为观察组，采用PDSA循环管理，比较管理前后2个工作日内的回收率。结果：采用PDSA管理后2个工作日内，病案回收率明显提高，差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论：PDSA循环管理可有效提高病案回收率，减少迟交病案，对加强病案管理工作具有促进作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application of PDSA cycle in improving the archiving rate of medical records.Methods Using a total of 45,655 discharged medical records from May to October 2021 from Yantaishan Hospital in Shandong Province as the control group, 38,132 discharged medical records from November 2021 to March 2022 were managed by PDSA cycle and the archiving rates within 2 working days before and after management were compared. Results The archiving rate was significantly higher within 2 working days after PDSA management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusion PDSA cycle management can effectively improve the archiving rate of medical records and reduce the possibility of late submission, which can contribute to strengthening the management of medical records.更多还原
