【摘要】 西南联合大学师范学院在统筹考虑国家发展需求与云南教育需求两大社会现实因素的基础上，为云南省的中等教育做出了不可磨灭的贡献。西南联合大学师范学院本科教育范式主要体现在博学于文、约之于礼的教育理念，通专并兼、学术并行的课程设置，刚柔并济、以质为本的教学实习。面对新时代对师范教育提出的新使命和新要求，为培养出学高为师、身正为范的“四有”好教师，高校师范类专业应当积极借鉴联大师院的办学经验，嵌入“通”与“专”并兼的课程设计、构建“学”与“术”协同教学体系和打造“院校-中小学”双向互动机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 The Teachers College of Southwest Associated University has made an indelible contribution to secondary education in Yunnan Province on the basis of overall consideration of the two social realities of national development needs and Yunnan education needs. The undergraduate education paradigm of the Teacher College of Southwest Associated University has the following three characteristics: First,the education concept of the Teacher College of National Southwest Associated University is erudite in literature and in etiquette; Second,the curriculum setting of both the College and the University,and academic parallel. The third is the combination of hardness and softness,quality-oriented teaching practice. Faced with the new mission and requirements for normal education in the new era,in order to cultivate good teachers with high knowledge and skills and integrity,teachers’ majors in colleges and universities should actively learn from the experience of National Southwest Associated University.
