【摘要】 目的：研究弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)患者血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和白介素-17(IL-17)水平变化。方法：选取2018年7月—2020年8月初治弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤患者60例作为DLBCL组，另外同期选取于我院健康体检中心体检的健康志愿者20例作为健康对照组。检测两组血清VEGF和IL-17水平，对比血清VEGF和IL-17水平在DLBCL患者不同分期、不同预后危险分层、治疗前后水平变化并分析VEGF、IL-17之间相关性。结果：DLBCL组血清VEGF表达水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。Ⅳ期DLBCL患者血清VEGF水平高于Ⅲ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅰ期(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平低于Ⅲ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅰ期(P<0.05)。高危DLBCL患者血清VEGF水平高于高中危、低中危、低危(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平低于高中危、低中危、低危(P<0.05)。DLBCL患者治疗后血清VEGF水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),血清IL-17水平高于治疗前(P<0.05)。VEGF、IL-17之间呈负相关(r=-0.343,P=0.007)。结论：DLBCL患者血清VEGF升高，IL-17水平降低，且与患者疾病严重程度、临床治疗、预后相关，可作为诊治DLBCL的敏感指标，为临床上判断DLBCL患者预后及新型免疫治疗奠定基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the changes of serum VEGF and IL-17 levels in patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma(DLBCL).Methods:From July 2018 to August 2020,60 patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma were selected as DLBCL group. In addition, 20 healthy volunteers from the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as control group. The levels of VEGF and IL-17 in serum were measured in the two groups.The levels of VEGF and IL-17 were compared in different stages of DLBCL patients, different risk levels of prognosis, and before and after treatment. The correlation between VEGF and IL-17 was analyzed.Results:The level of VEGF in DLBCL group was higher than that in healthy control group(P<0.05),and the level of IL-17 in DLBCL group was lower than that in healthy control group(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF in patients with stage Ⅳ DLBCL were higher than those in stage Ⅲ,ⅡandⅠ(P<0.05),and the level of IL-17 with stage Ⅳwere lower than those in stage Ⅲ,ⅡandⅠ(P<0.05).The serum VEGF level of high-risk DLBCL patients was higher than that of high-medium-risk, low-medium-risk and low-risk patients(P<0.05),and the serum IL-17 level was lower than that of high-medium-risk, low-medium-risk and low-risk groups(P<0.05).After treatment, the level of VEGF was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and the level of IL-17 was higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was a negative correlation between VEGF was increased and IL-17(r=-0.343,P=0.007).Conclusion:The level of serum VEGF was increased and IL-17 was decreased in patients with DLBCL,and correlated with the severity of disease, clinical treatment and prognosis. It can be used as a sensitive index for diagnosis and treatment of DLBCL, and lay a foundation for clinical judgment of prognosis and new immunotherapy of DLBCL.更多还原
