【摘要】 躯体症状障碍临床表现复杂，与心理因素密切相关。精神障碍诊断与统计手册第五版(DSM-5)将原有分类系统中的躯体形式障碍修改为躯体症状障碍，删去医学无法解释症状的要求，增加心理标准，合并和简化亚型，以改善该诊断标准的临床应用。躯体症状障碍涉及临床多个科室，但尚无有效的特异性疗法。本文综述了躯体症状障碍的相关进展，以提高医务人员及大众对躯体症状障碍的认识。更多还原

【Abstract】 The clinical manifestations of somatic symptom disorders are complex, and somatic symptoms are closely related to psychological factors. The Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition(DSM-5) modified the original classification system of somatoform disorders to somatic symptom disorders, deleted the requirement of medically unexplained symptoms, added psychological criteria, and combined and simplified subtypes to improve the clinical applications of this diagnostic criterion. Somatic symptom disorders involve several clinical departments, but there are still no effective specific therapies. This article reviews the advances of somatic symptom disorders in order to improve the awareness of somatic symptom disorders among medical staff and the general public.更多还原
