【摘要】 目的 了解云南省苯丙胺类物质滥用者家庭功能情况，分析相关影响因素。方法 采用随机抽样方法调查1117例云南省强制隔离戒毒所苯丙胺类滥用者人口学资料、毒品使用情况及家庭功能情况。采用EpiData 3.1及SPSS 23.0处理数据，采用■描述，χ~2检验及多因素Logistic回归模型分析。结果 滥用苯丙胺类物质会导致家庭功能受损。多因素Logistic回归分析显示，女性、无业、长期滥用苯丙胺类物质、多药滥用是导致家庭功能受损危险因素。结论 滥用苯丙胺类物质会导致家庭功能受损，良好的家庭功能有助于降低复发。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the amphetamine-type stimulants abusers~,family function in Yunnan province, with exploring influence factors. Methods The stratified cluster sampling method was performed to collect the characteristics of the study participants in compulsory detoxification center(totally 1117). The collected information included demography, drug use condition and family function. All statistical analyses were conducted to use Epidata 3.1 and SPSS ■ description, χ~2 test and multivariate logistic regression model were used for analysis. Results The abuse of amphetamine-type stimulants may lead to the impairment of family function. Multivariate regression analysis shows female, jobless, long-term drug abuse and poly drug abuse were risk factors. Conclusion The amphetamine-type stimulants abusers have impaired family function, and, good quality function will reduce the risk of drug relapse recur.更多还原
