【摘要】 探究神曲消食口服液治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良疗效。选取2019年1月至2019年12月期间本院儿科收治的162例脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良患儿作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组81例。对照组使用枸橼酸莫沙必利联合穴位贴敷治疗，观察组使用神曲消食口服液联合穴位贴敷治疗，治疗2 w后，比较两组患儿的症状改善时间、血浆胃动力指标、血清营养学指标、疗效和HAMA评分。与对照组比较，观察组患儿的腹痛、腹胀和便秘改善时间显著缩短，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组患儿的血浆胃动素、胃泌素和神经肽Y水平显著升高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组患儿的血清白蛋白、纤维连接蛋白和瘦素水平显著升高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组患儿的治疗有效率显著升高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较，观察组患儿的HAMA评分显著降低，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。神曲消食口服液治疗小儿脾胃虚弱型功能性消化不良疗效较好，值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the efficacy of Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children with spleen and stomach weakness, 162 children with functional dyspepsia of spleen and stomach weakness treated in the department of pediatrics of the authors′ hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were randomly divided into control group(n=81) and observation group(n=81).The control group was treated with mosapride citrate combined with acupoint application, and the observation group was treated with Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid combined with acupoint application.After 2 weeks of treatment, the symptom improvement time, plasma gastric motility index, serum nutrition index, curative effect and HAMA score were compared between the two groups.Compared with the control group, the improvement time of abdominal pain, abdominal distension and constipation in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of plasma motilin, gastrin and neuropeptide Y in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the levels of serum albumin, fibronectin and leptin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the HAMA score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Shenqu Xiaoshi oral liquid is effective in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in children with spleen and stomach weakness and is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
