【摘要】 杜威与陶行知都是现代职业教育的重要倡导者，其职业教育思想在人才培养目标、课程内容、实施途径与方式、师资要求等方面存在着诸多差异，同时在价值取向、核心内涵、教学法与职业教育追求等方面又具有一定的相同旨趣。通过对陶行知与杜威职业教育思想的多维度比较，以史为鉴，立足于新时代我国职业教育改革与发展需求，可以从中获得多方面启示：树立职业教育与普通教育平等观；坚持以就业为导向，以育人为根本的价值取向；构建以实训课程为主，普职融合的职业教育课程体系；加强与社会的联系，探索多元主体协同参与的职业教育模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Dewey and Tao Xingzhi are the advocates of modern vocation education. However, there are some differences in their vocational education thoughts in the aspects of talent training objectives, curriculum contents, implementation approaches and methods, and requirements for teacher. At the same time, their value orientation, core connotation, teaching method and the pursue of vocational education and so on have certain common aims. Through the comparison between Tao Xingzhi and Dewey’s thoughts on vocational education from different aspects, learning lessons from the past, and based on the needs of reform and development of vocational education in the new era, we gain the following inspiration: we can set up the concept that vocational education and general education are equal, adhere to employment-oriented education and the fundamental value orientation of the cultivation of people, to construct a curriculum system of vocational education which focuses on practical training courses and integrates general education and vocational education, thus to strengthen the connection with the society and explore the mode of vocational education in which multi-subjects participate in a coordinated way.更多还原
