【摘要】 目的 研究讨论急诊负压室在急性呼吸道传染病患者救治中的重要性。方法 通过从人员管理、布局、防护、消毒隔离等方面建立急诊负压室对急性呼吸道传染病的防控体系。结果 急诊负压室作为急诊医学中心急诊抢救室的一部分，在紧急救治急危重症患者的同时筛查和识别急性呼吸道传染病患者中起到关键的作用，可以及时控制传染源，有效切断传播途径，保护易感人群。结论 急诊负压室在急性呼吸道传染病的防控体系中起到至关重要的作用，它的设立可以有效地应对突发公共卫生事件，在救治急危重症患者的同时避免院内感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the importance of emergency negative pressure chamber in the treatment of patients with acute respiratory infectious diseases.Methods The prevention and control system of acute respiratory infectious diseases in emergency negative pressure room was established from the aspects of personnel management, layout,protection, disinfection and isolation.Results As a part of emergency room in emergency medical center, emergency negative pressure room plays a key role in screening and identifying patients with acute respiratory infectious diseases while treating acute critically ill patients. It can timely control the source of infection, effectively cut off the way of transmission and protect the susceptible population.Conclusion Emergency negative pressure room plays an important role in the prevention and control system of acute respiratory infectious diseases. Its establishment can effectively cope with public health emergencies, and avoid nosocomial infection while treating acute and critically ill patients.更多还原
