【摘要】 目的 分析环法中国自行车赛的医疗保障经验，进一步提高相关赛事的保障能力。方法 回顾性分析中国国际应急医疗队(上海)针对2017年—2020年环法中国自行车赛上海赛区的医疗保障行动，对就诊患者的数量、国籍、年龄、伤病种类及治疗结果进行统计。结果 该赛事主要伤病种类为骨折、头部外伤、皮肤擦伤、肌肉拉伤、韧带拉伤、肌肉痉挛、呕吐、脱水、低血糖，均进行了有效治疗，未发生心脏骤停、猝死的情况。结论 三次保障均圆满成功，保障物资的充分准备、保障人员的专业化培训及合理安排是保障成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the medical security experience of China Tour de France and improve the security ability of related events.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on the medical security operations of China International Emergency Medical Team(Shanghai) in the Tour de France China Cycling Race from 2017 to 2020 in Shanghai.The number,nationality,age,injury type and treatment results of patients were statistically analyzed.Results The main injuries were fracture,head trauma,skin abrasions,muscle strain,ligament strain,muscle spasm,vomiting,dehydration and hypoglycemia.All of them were treated effectively,and no cardiac arrest or sudden death occurred.Conclusion The three times of support are all successful.The key to the success is the adequate preparation of support materials,professional training and reasonable arrangement of support personnel.更多还原
