舒诺颗粒质量控制研究
Study on the Quality Control of Shunuo Granules
【摘要】 目的:建立舒诺颗粒的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对舒诺颗粒中黄芪、西洋参、枸杞子进行鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对葛根素含量进行限度检测,紫外可见分光光度法(UV)对粗多糖、总皂苷含量进行限度检测。结果:黄芪、西洋参、枸杞子3种成分色谱图主斑点清晰、分离度好,阴性样品无干扰,可用于舒诺颗粒的鉴别。建立了葛根素、粗多糖、总皂苷3种功效成分的测定方法,并规定葛根素含量不低于0.27%,粗多糖含量不低于0.87%,总皂苷含量不低于0.28%,为舒诺颗粒的含量限度标准。结论:所建立的舒诺颗粒质量标准,重复性强、易于操作,可用于舒诺颗粒的质量控制。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a quality control method for Shunuo granules.Methods:TLC methods was used to identify Astragalus,American ginseng,and wolfberry in Shunuo granules;HPLC was used to detect the limit content of puerarin,and UV was used to detect the limit content of puerarin polysaccharides and saponins.Results:The results show that the spots of Astragalus, American ginseng and Chinese wolfberry are clear,and have good resolution,the negative samples have no interference,which can be used for the identification of Shunuo granules.The study had established methods for detecting puerarin,crude polysaccharides and total saponins,stipulated that the content of puerarin,crude polysaccharides and total saponins should not be less than 0.27%,0.87% and 0.28 %,which can be used for the content standard of Shunuo granule.Conclusion:This study has established the quality standard of Shunuo Granules, which is reproducible and easy to operate.It can be used for the quality control of Shunuo Granules.
