【Abstract】 Due to the lack of targeted analysis and regulation tools, the platform ban has been banned repeatedly, and the data governance in the field of platform economy is facing difficulties. In the digital age, essential facilities doctrine has evolved into essential data doctrine, which is feasible to regulate the blocking of platforms. Based on this, we should clarify the connotation and applicable conditions of essential data doctrine, and comprehensively analyze the impact of platform ban on the competitiveness of relevant markets. In addition, we should use the three-level defense as the correction path in the application of essential data doctrine to reduce the error cost: take the efficiency principle from the national perspective as the value defense of the application of the principle, take the logical demonstration of the reasonable principle as the analytical defense of the application of the principle, and take the specific defense with legitimate reasons.更多还原
