铜钼分离工艺研究现状与展望

【摘要】 铜钼共伴生矿产资源丰富,但硫化铜矿与辉钼矿因可浮性相近而成为选矿分离的一个难题。对常规铜钼分离工艺进行了较详细的介绍,并对氰化物、硫化物、巯基乙酸类、诺克斯(Knox)药剂等几种常用的铜钼浮选分离抑制剂的作用机理与优缺点进行了分析论述;针对充氮浮选法、浮选柱浮选分离法、海水浮选技术、氧化浮选分离技术、电位控制浮选技术及超声预处理技术等几种新型铜钼分离技术,介绍了研究进展及分选机理,还分析了目前铜钼分离工艺存在的主要问题,并探讨了今后的研究方向。

【Abstract】 There are abundant mineral resources associated with copper and molybdenum, but copper sulfide ore and molybdenite have become a difficult problem for mineral separation due to their similar floatability.The conventional copper-molybdenum separation process is introduced in more detail, and the action mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of several commonly used copper-molybdenum flotation separation depressants, such as cyanide, sulfide, thioglycolic acid, and Knox reagent are analyzed and discussed.For nitrogen-filled flotation, flotation column flotation separation, seawater flotation technology, oxidation flotation separation technology, potential control flotation technology and several new types of copper-molybdenum separation technology such as ultrasonic pretreatment technology, introduces the research progress and the separation mechanism, also analyzed the main problems of current copper-molybdenum separation process, and discusses the future research direction.
