内蒙古某银矿矿石特性及其对选矿的影响
Mineralogical Properties of a Silver Ore in Inner Mongolia and Its Effects on Mineral Processing
【摘要】 为了查明内蒙古某超大型银矿的矿石性质,采用偏光显微镜、化学物相分析、扫描电镜、X射线能谱,并结合现代先进仪器AMICS等手段,对矿石的矿物组成、银的赋存状态、银矿物的嵌布特征、粒度组成等进行了系统研究,并分析了影响银选矿的矿物学因素。结果表明:该矿石中银的品位为102 g/t,绝大部分银以硫化银的形式存在,主要分布在辉银矿中,其次分布在深红银矿中,少量分布在黝铜矿、硫银锡矿、硫铜银矿等含银矿物中。含银矿物粒度较细,均小于40μm,其中有69.54%小于20μm,矿石中的银有17.43%以微细粒包裹银的形式分布在闪锌矿中,这部分银是导致其选矿回收率难以提高的主要因素。
【Abstract】 To find out the mineralogical properties of a large silver ore in Inner Mongolia, the mineral composition, occurrence state of silver, embedded characteristics of silver minerals and size characteristics are determined, and the factors influencing the processing mineralogy of silver are analyzed by the microscope, chemical phase analysis, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray energy spectrum, and combined with modern advanced equipment AMICS.The results show that the silver grade is 102 g/t, and most of the silver exists in the form of silver sulfide, which is mainly argentite, followed by pyrargyrite and a small amount of tetrahedrite, canfieldite, stromeyerite, and so on.The particle size of these silver-bearing minerals is fine, smaller than 40 μm, among which 69.54% are smaller than 20 μm.17.43% Ag exists in sphalerite as fine inclusion silver, and this part of silver is the main factor effect on its recovery of mineral processing.
