低温捕收剂BK421浮选内蒙古某萤石矿应用研究
Application of Low Temperature Collector BK421 in Flotation of Fluorite Ore from Inner Mongolia
【摘要】 基于Gemini技术理念,研制合成了新型耐低温捕收剂BK421,以内蒙古某萤石矿为研究对象,对捕收剂BK421进行了试验应用研究。研究结果表明,BK421作为捕收剂,常温浮选时,粗精矿中CaF2回收率比使用油酸高7个百分点;浮选矿浆温度低至10.5℃时,粗精矿中CaF2回收率比使用油酸提高39个百分点。工业生产中,在矿浆平均温度11℃条件下,采用BK421替代油酸浮选萤石,获得CaF2品位为97.26%,CaF2回收率为82.53%的萤石精矿。由此可见,BK421具有较高的工业应用推广价值。
【Abstract】 Based on Gemini technology, a new low temperature resistant collector BK421 was synthesized by Diels-Alder reaction.A fluorite mine in Inner Mongolia was treated.The results of laboratory study showed that when BK421 was used as collector, the recovery of CaF2 in rougher concentrate is 7 percentage points higher than that of oleic acid at room temperature.When the pulp temperature was 10.5 ℃,the recovery of CaF2 in rougher concentrate was 39 percentage points higher than that of oleic acid.In industrial production, BK421 was used to replace oleic acid in the flotation of fluorite at an average pulp temperature of 11 ℃,and fluorite concentrate with CaF2 grade of 97.26% and CaF2 recovery of 82.53% was obtained.It can be seen that BK421 has a high industrial application value.
