平板电极上单层密集排列的导体颗粒因传导带电所带电量的计算

【摘要】 用电动力学的理论分析了在平面电极板上单层密集排列的大小相同的导体小球被传导带电时电场的分布情况,推导出其中的一个导体小球因传导带电所带电量的上限和下限的计算公式,所得带电量的上下限的算术平均值与实际值的相对误差不到6%。讨论了单层密集排列的尺寸一样的圆片形导体颗粒、椭圆片形导体颗粒因传导带电而带的电荷量的计算问题。计算结果表明,导体圆球单层密集排列时其中的一个圆球的带电量,是在平面电极板上只有一个导体圆球被传导带电时所带电量的约1/6,表明单层给料时导体颗粒分布的疏密程度对其因传导带电而带上的电荷量有明显的影响。这可能是一个在静电选矿时提高导体颗粒带电量方面的研究方向。

【Abstract】 The distribution of electric field is analyzed by using electrodynamics theory when conductor balls of the same size are densely arranged on a plane electrode plate and charged by conduction.The formulas for calculating the upper and lower limits of the charged quantity due to conduction of one of the conductor balls are derived.The relative error between the arithmetic mean value of the upper and lower limits of the charged quantity and the actual value is less than 6%.The calculation of the quantity of electric charge brought by conducting and electrifying of the same size circular and elliptical conductor particles which are closely arranged in a single layer is discussed.The calculated results show that the charge on one of the conductor spheres in a single layer is about 1/6 of the charge on a single conductor sphere in a plane electrode plate, which indicates that the density of the conductor particles in a single layer has an obvious effect on the charge brought by conduction.This may be a research direction to improve the charge of conductor particles in electrostatic beneficiation.
