掺纤维分层胶结充填体力学强度特性试验
Mechanical strength properties of fiber-doped layered cemented backfill
【摘要】 针对充填体胶结强度低和易开裂等问题,开展纤维类型、分层数对充填体单轴抗压强度的影响规律试验研究。结果表明:未掺纤维的充填体为张拉破坏,掺纤维充填体受压膨胀呈现鼓状,整体裂而不断,保持较高的完整性。分层面在一定程度上劣化了充填体力学性能,随分层面的增多充填体单轴抗压强度逐渐减小。添加纤维充填体在达到峰值荷载后仍具有一定承载能力,呈现“裂而不碎”的特征。通过对比聚丙烯腈纤维、玻璃纤维、聚丙烯腈纤维三种纤维,添加聚丙烯腈纤维更有利于充填力学性能的改善。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the problems of low cementation strength and easy cracking of the filling body, an experimental study on the influence of fiber type and number of layers on the uniaxial compressive strength of the filling body was carried out.The research results show that the filling body without fiber is tensile failure, and the filling body doped with fiber shows a drum-like expansion under pressure, and the whole is cracked and continuously maintained, maintaining a high integrity.The layered layer deteriorates the mechanical properties of the filling body to a certain extent, and the uniaxial compressive strength of the filling body gradually decreases with the increase of the layered layer.The added fiber filler still has a certain bearing capacity after reaching the peak load, showing the characteristics of "crack but not broken".By comparing the three fibers of polyacrylonitrile fiber, glass fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber, adding polyacrylonitrile fiber is more conducive to the improvement of filling mechanical properties.
