高校冶金工程实验室安全环保现状调查及管理对策

【摘要】 采用网络问卷调查的形式,调研了国内高校冶金工程实验室安全环保现状。提出了加强高校冶金工程实验室安全环保工作的对策。通过健全冶金工程相关实验室安全环保制度网、实行实验室安全风险分级管理、实施分层次的实验室安全教育、加强实验室的各级安全检查、完善安全环保设施和实验室安全文化建设、科学处置实验室产生的“三废”等一系列对策,为高校冶金工程实验室安全环保运行提供有力的保障。

【Abstract】 The present situation of safety and environmental protection of metallurgical engineering laboratory in domestic universities was investigated by the network survey. The countermeasures to strengthen the safety and environmental protection of metallurgical engineering laboratory in university are put forward. Through the establishment and improvement of laboratory safety and environmental protection system network related to metallurgical engineering, the implementation of the hierarchical management of laboratory and laboratory safety education, strengthening the safety inspection of laboratories at all levels, the improvement of safety and environmental protection facilities and laboratory safety culture construction, and the scientific disposal of “three wastes” produced by the laboratory, those measures provides a strong guarantee for the safe and environmental protection of metallurgical engineering laboratory.
