多功能光栅光谱仪在专业实验教学中的应用
Application of multifunctional grating spectrometer in professional experimental teaching
【摘要】 在电子科学与技术专业实验教学建设中,利用多功能光栅光谱仪设备,设计一套完整的综合实验,包括光栅光谱仪的工作原理实验、工作参数设置实验、测量低压汞灯的发射光谱实验、测量溴钨灯发射光谱实验以及测量氦氖激光器和半导体激光器的发射光谱实验。利用多功能光栅光谱仪设备开设光谱实验,不仅使学生学会相关实验的操作方法、技巧和实验数据处理方法与数据分析,而且使学生认识到多学科交叉和融合,加深相关理论的理解和掌握,并对光谱分析研究领域有更深入的理解,同时也进一步培养并锻炼学生的科研能力和创新能力。
【Abstract】 In the construction of electronic science and technology professional experiment teaching, using the multi-function grating spectrometer device, designed a set of complete comprehensive experiments, including the working principle of grating spectrometer experiment, parameters setting, emission spectrum experiment for measuring low pressure mercury lamp, the bromine tungsten lamp emission spectrum experiment and measurement of hai-nai laser and semiconductor laser emission spectrum experiment. Spectrum experiment using the multi-function grating spectrometer equipment, not only to make the students learned the operation of the related experiment data processing methods, techniques and experiment methods and data analysis, and make students realize the fusion of multidisciplinary cross, deepen the understanding of the relevant theory and master, and the spectral analysis research more in-depth understanding, but also further cultivate and exercise the students’ scientific research ability and innovation ability.
