光学薄膜的制备及测控综合实验设计
Preparation of optical thin films and comprehensive experimental design of measurement and control
【摘要】 采用溶胶凝胶法和浸渍提拉法制备聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)光学薄膜,利用紫外分光光度计测量了薄膜的透射谱,通过光度法计算薄膜的透射光谱得到其折射率及其厚度,并研究不同提拉速度、热处理温度对薄膜厚度及折射率的影响。该实验流程完整,涉及到材料制备、测试及性能控制,涵盖应用材料、物理、化学、光学及有机高分子等专业的相关知识,能够帮助学生系统地进行专业技能实践,有助于培养学生综合能力和科研创新意识。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the polymethyl methacrylate(PMMA) optical thin film was prepared by sol-gel and dip coating approach. The transmission spectrum of film was measured by a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The refractive index and thickness of the film were calculated via the UV spectrophotometry. Then the effects of pulling speed and heat treatment temperature on the thickness and refractive index of the film were investigated. The experimental process covering material preparation, testing and performance control was carried out completely and effectively. We believe that the comprehensive application of the relevant knowledge of materials, physics, chemistry, optics and organic polymers can help students systematically practice their professional skills, cultivate comprehensive ability and scientific research innovation consciousness.
