【Abstract】 Scientific research platform is an important place for scientific and technological innovation activities of research-oriented colleges and universities. The daily management of the platform is a comprehensive and multi-technical system engineering. The authors take the scientific research platform of basic medicine as an example to comprehensively introduce the experience gains and losses in management, from the aspects of construction orientation, personnel composition, space and equipment management, technical regulation formulation, materials and funds management, rules and regulations construction and information.
